Denmark Grocery major opts for MDM basket

AARHUS, DENMARK Dagrofa, one of Denmark’s biggest grocery retailers and distributors, has selected Stibo Systems’ Master Data Management (MDM) solution to strengthen its procurement processes. With more than 700 shops and stores nationwide, Dagrofa will implement Stibo Systems’ STEP platform to centralise high-quality product information to boost its procurement, category and campaign management. Integrating Stibo Systems' MDM and PIM platform within its existing IT landscape by the end of 2014, Dagrofa will be able to create and maintain a single source of critical information, as further explained. STEP will also handle the data processes around the management and integration of information on Dagrofa’s suppliers, customers, and e-commerce operations. “A focus on data optimisation plays a key role in our business strategy, and we’ve been searching for a supplier of MDM and PIM solutions that can provide the results we need.
