DELO’s new LED lamps

WINDACH, GERMANY: 23: DELO's new LED lamps for highly efficient bonding processes are now available and will be presented to the public for the first time at the SMT Hybrid Packaging trade show.

The DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202 area lamps will be launched with a wavelength of 365 nanometers, expanding DELO's lamp portfolio. The powerful DELOLUX 50 x4 spot lamp is now also available with a wavelength of 400 nanometers, making it particularly suitable for transmitting plastics and curing thick adhesive layers.

Joining by adhesives plays its aces especially when integrated into industrial production. Key criteria include short cycle times and reliable series processes: That is why light-curing adhesives are used above all.

These are predominantly cured with the help of LED lamps as they have a clearly longer lifetime and are more energy-efficient than discharge lamps. DELO has recently expanded its portfolio of LED lamps by another two variants.
