DCB Bank awarded ISO 27001:2005 certification

INDIA: DCB Bank Ltd (Formerly Development Credit Bank Ltd.) announced that its Information Security Management System (ISMS) has been successfully certified against ISO 27001:2005 standard.

This internationally recognized security standard demonstrates DCB Bank's commitment towards providing the highest level of control for risk management and customer data protection.

The ISO 27001:2005 certification provides the standards for establishment, implementation, monitoring and review, maintenance and improvement and an overall management and control framework for managing an organization's information security risks. The BSI certificate noted that the Bank's technology operations and data processing systems fully complied with the ISO benchmark.
