The ITC, which is built at a cost of US$30 million, plays a critical part in driving the company’s global research and development (R&D) strategy and will be responsible for rolling out innovative, revenue-generating products. The centre houses over 1,600 employees, which constitute nearly 30 percent of the global R&D workforce.

The ITC software engineers will work on multiple high-profile product lines that will help customers govern, manage and secure IT more effectively and cost-efficiently – enabling them to adapt dynamically to changing business demands and optimize returns on their technology investments and business growth.

The company sought to set up its communications systems and implement a reliable networking solution that would allow it to network remote offices and support mobile communication applications.
