Datacraft reshuffles management team

MUMBAI: Datacraft India Ltd, an independent IT solutions and services company, has reshuffled its senior management team in its tenth anniversary year.

Sunil Manglore has been appointed chief executive officer, and Shailendra Badoni, the chief operating officer.

The new management appointees are long-standing employees of the company. Nagendra Venkaswamy, former president, India & sub-continent, Datacraft India, has left the company for personal reasons.

These new positions have been created in the company for the first time keeping in mind the changing business dynamics facing Datacraft and also to recognise and reward the talent pool that has been built within the company for over a decade of its operations in India.

Announcing the above change, Dilip Kumar, Regional Director, Datacraft

Asia said, "Datacraft India has completed a decade of operations in India. We have created for the first time, the positions of a CEO and COO for the Indian operations.”

Sunil Manglore was previously the general manager-West region in the company. In his new role as CEO, Mangalore is responsible for managing and expanding the business in India and the sub-continent. He has over 16 years of experience in Telecom and hardware industry. He holds a BE (Electronics) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Shailendra Badoni has been with the company for almost a decade. Prior to his promotion, Badoni was country head-Managed Services & Training Services. He has over 16 years experience in the IT industry and has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics from Bombay University.
