Datacraft India to market MeetingPlace

MUMBAI: Datacraft India, a network system integrator, will market US-based Latitude Communication's integrated voice and Web conferencing solution 'MeetingPlace' within the Indian sub-continent.



Under the agreement, Datacraft will offer sales and technical support for MeetingPlace services, which enable businesses to use voice and Web-conferencing for virtual meetings, distance learning, crisis management, morning calls, project management and other real time collaboration activities.



Dilip Kumar, President, Datacraft India, said, "The investment in MeetingPlace pays for itself in a few months for dispersed, multi-location enterprises thus enhancing productivity and reducing costs associated with travel. We are pleased to be able to offer a solution that is so critical for conducting meetings and furthering business decisions."



MeetingPlace provides a single platform to use voice and data conferencing in a flexible and cost-efficient manner. MeetingPlace is an integrated, secure voice and Web conferencing solution, helps organizations to work better through real-time collaboration. It integrates with standard communications infrastructures enabling people to share and edit live documents to work together productively from any location. The result is faster sales, reduced costs and improved communications. To simplify meeting scheduling, MeetingPlace integrates with standard groupware applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.
