Follow UsLAS VEGAS, USA: Networking vendor D-Link expanded its amplifi line of home networking solutions to include HD media router 3000 (DIR-857) with SharePort Cloud technology, and Wireless N PowerLine Gigabit router (DHP-1565).
Offering up to 900 Mbps, HD Fuel for automatic bandwidth prioritization and new SharePort Cloud to remotely manage and share content, the D-Link HD Media Router 3000 provides connectivity to support a range of bandwidth intensive applications, says the company in a release.

"Whether gaming online, streaming HD media or extending your home network to multiple rooms, the new HD Media Router 3000 and Wireless N PowerLine Gigabit Router allow consumers to truly focus on enjoying and sharing their content at home or remotely."
The HD Media Router 3000 can provide data transfer rates of up to 900 Mbps with HD Fuel technology to prioritize bandwidth and deliver 1080p HD video streams.
The N900 (N450 + N450) simultaneous dual band router features USB 3.0 and an SD card slot to share and access media across a network.
The HD media router 3000 also features SharePort Cloud technology and SharePort Mobile apps to access, share and manage content from a single location and it comes with 4 Gigabit ports.
The D-Link Wireless N PowerLine Gigabit Router is capable of delivering 500Mbps PowerLine bandwidth. The router (DHP-1565) is ideal for homes or small offices and provides up to 500Mbps of speed over PowerLine AV network.
Moreover, a USB 2.0 port with SharePort Plus technology enables users to connect and share USB printers and devices across a network.
D-Link's amplifi HD Media Router 3000 and Wireless N PowerLine Gigabit Router will be displayed at the 2012 International CES.
The HD Media Router 3000 will be available in late-January with a retail price of $169.99 and the Wireless N PowerLine Gigabit Router will be available in January with a retail price of $159.99.
