NEW DELHI: Delhi-based Cybiz Technologies Ltd., an IT-enabled services and e-CRM
solutions provider, has become the lead partner of The Internet CallCenter (iCall),
a Singapore-based call center for the Internet. Cybiz, through its newly
launched product CybizChat, will implement iCall's live and interactive customer
service solution for companies serious about addressing the online needs of
their customers. iCall chief operating officer Ronald Hee and Cybiz CEO Samir
Chopra signed the agreement in the presence of a high-level Indian IT delegation
from Haryana.
With nine franchisees already signed up and another 11 in the pipeline, Cybiz
is well on its way to achieving its target of 25 fully operational call center
franchisees before end-2000.
These call centers will operate in the major state capitals of India
including Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calcutta,
Chandigarh, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jaipur, Patna, Coimbatore, Bhopal,
and Mohali.
In a separate agreement, Cybiz will also bring iCall services to the capital
city of Nepal, Kathmandu.
