Cyberspace Infosys to set up Lotus Authorized National Support Center

Lotus Development International Corporation, India Branch Office, along with its partner,

Cyberspace Infosys Limited (CIL), has announced the opening of a state-of-the-art Lotus

Authorized National Support Center (LANSC) in Mumbai. This center is equipped with leading

edge call center technologies like tool free phone numbers and e-incident to ensure

efficient and rapid call responses.

"Lotus is establishing a new support paradigm in India

by providing a world standard comprehensive services support center locally," said

Vincent Lee, Managing Director, ASEAN/India, Lotus Development Corporation.

"Specialists in each of our support centers around the world use a global Lotus Notes

Knowledgebase to share information -- ensuring that our support is consistent and

reliable, wherever the customer happens to be."
