Cyberoam launches a dedicated Partner Portal

NEW DELHI: Cyberoam has announced a 24*7 dedicated Partner Portal to reinforce the operational capabilities of its channel base in India. The portal has been designed to provide easy and fast access to sales and marketing resources along with technical support, which Cyberoam partners regularly need to serve their customers and grow their security business. The portal contains case studies, whitepapers and other necessary marketing collaterals apart from lead generation tools and technical/training support.

Says Tushar Sighat, VP, Operations–India and SAARC, “Through this partner portal, our vision is to strengthen existing relationships with partners and assist them in time. Partners can also send in their request for timely execution of sales promotion and lead-generation activities including mailing, tele-calling, joint advertising etc.” He adds, “They can now search for all the information, which is required on Cyberoam products and documentation with a single click without having to visit separate sites and microsites. This will reduce sales cycle time.”

Through the portal, partners can gain direct L2 support, which would enable them to resolve their sales and technical queries faster. In addition, for partners seeking training and certification, the portal allows a glimpse into CCNSP training schedules, modules, updates and certification processes. They can seek resolution for technical queries through dedicated Cyberoam resources.
