At Finway, we always prefer a technology which helps us to deliver solutions to our customers as per their actual financial needs. Therefore, we always welcome technological innovations which remove all sorts of communication barriers between our customers/potential customers and representatives of Finway. Secondly, the technology must be customer friendly and finally, it should help Finway in reducing the turnaround time for loan disbursals. Consequently, all of our customers are delighted by our fast and customized services and we provide loans in a record turnaround time of 24 to 72 hrs.

Challenges you face in driving digital transformation?

So far we have not experienced any big challenge while transforming Finway into a digital NBFC because our people are very much receptive and tech-savvy. As far as our customers are concerned they have both the options, i.e., reaching to us through digital platforms or availing our services through conventional gateways.

Do you feel that freshers in the industry come with only basic knowledge but don’t have the right skills to fulfil job requirements? If yes, your suggestion to students and colleges?

I don’t agree, there are some freshers who are exceptionally brighter than the other ones. A lot depends on how they are trained and nurtured during the study and at the time of internship. For a good start in the industry, freshers must be persistent in making attempt and proving their skills, and right from the beginning, they must have definite career goals and purposes.
