What is your top priority while making decisions to improve tech infra in your organization?

Tech infra plays a key role in reducing the cost of the company and it ensures the quality of the service to a great extent and helps in overcoming the risk factor. IT infrastructure consists of all components that play a role in overall IT and IT-enabled operations. The main areas of concern while making any decisions related to tech infra are – complete focus on business objectives and strategy, evaluation of the existing IT environment; and assessing its capabilities and map gaps, using a structured approach to develop an IT strategy that aligns investment and focuses on business priorities.

Challenges you face in driving digital transformation?

In the current scenario, we are not facing any issue in driving the digital transformation. In the initial stages we did face some issues like lack of overall digital strategy with its exact outcomes, changes in the organizational structure due to introduction of new technologies, lack of expertise to lead the initiatives taken for digital transformation and lastly the push back from the employees for the acceptance of new technologies at the workplace.

These were some issues faced but they were handled effectively by developing a company-wide digital transformation strategy and making the employees comfortable with the changed environment. As of now, we have been able to adapt the digital transformation at our workplace effectively and are not facing any such challenges.

Do you feel that freshers in the industry come with only basic knowledge but don’t have the right skills to fulfill job requirements? If yes, your suggestion to students and colleges?

No, I don’t agree with this statement. With the changing times and development, the freshers nowadays are curious, smart and talented enough to adjust to the organization’s environment. Even though they might not have the skills developed completely but their zeal to learn and compete is worth appreciating. I have been working with many freshers in my organization but to be honest I have not faced any issue in terms of productivity and output.

What’s your mantra to become successful in life?

It is very easy to give up when you fail, though painful but will help the self-awareness to grow. Most of the success and lessons come from your defeats. Secondly, losing your temper on small little things will only bring damage to your working. Be fierce and unapologetic in your decisions.

What would you like to give back to society?

Healthy minds can create a healthy society and country. And a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. With a wholesome product like MevoFit, society gets health & fitness which is the biggest asset in one’s life.

Your favorite book and what are you reading now?

My Favorite Book is “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck” and as of now, I am not reading anything.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
