Resistance to change is a natural human instinct; employees rarely accept changes so easily. However, addressing their uncertainty and empowering them, helps mitigate their fear to a smooth transformation.

However, industry specific courses have started to take a seat in the curriculum, feeding to the needs of students inclining towards specific roles in organizations, and we suggest implementing such education country-wide.
