Cutrone joins Firstsource from IBM

MUMBAI: Firstsource Solutions Limited has announced the appointment of John Cutrone as president, North America.

In his new role, John will be responsible for driving Firstsource’s Sales and Business Development strategy in its three focus verticals of Banking and Financial Services, Telecom and Media and Healthcare.

Ananda Mukerji – CEO, Firstsource, said, “John brings to us considerable business acumen and over two decades of general management experience, that will be crucial in growing our business in North America.”

John has over two decades of executive management experience with companies like IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Brother International Corporation and Smith Corona Corporation. He is a pioneer in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and joins Firstsource from IBM.

Firstsource has 12,900 employees globally of which over 750 are in North America. It has operating centers in Amherst (Buffalo), Rockford (Illinois), Louisville (Kentucky), Fort Scott (Kansas), Reno (Nevada) and Kingston (New York).
