CSC's McCue among Computerworld's 2008 premier 100 IT leaders

BANGALORE, INDIA: Computer Sciences Corporation has announced that IDG's Computerworld has selected CSC Chief Information Officer (CIO) David McCue as one of Computerworld's 2008 Premier 100 IT Leaders.

The 2008 Premier 100 IT Leaders honors information technology (IT) executives who have led their organizations by mentoring and motivating employees, envisioning innovative solutions to business challenges, and effectively managing and executing IT strategies. The 2008 honorees will be recognized at Computerworld's upcoming Premier 100 IT Leaders Conference to be held March 9-11, 2008, in Orlando, Florida.

McCue joined CSC in 1996 through the acquisition of American Practice Management, where he had served as CIO since 1993. He became Corporate CIO for CSC in May 2007. Previous CSC assignments include vice president of Applications Portfolio Management, chief information and resource officer for the company's Healthcare Group and director of Global Applications Architecture. Prior to joining CSC, he held various management and consulting positions at Accenture.
