NEW DELHI, INDIA: Computer Sciences Corporation will move its corporate headquarter to Fall Church, Virginia from El Segundo, California.
The company has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the decision to relocate the headquarters.
CSC said the relocation will consolidate the corporate executive with the company’s global operational headquarters into one geographical headquarters.
"While we will retain a presence there (California), the consolidation to Northern Virginia is without a doubt the right move to power CSC's accelerated growth and expansion," said Michael W. Laphen, CSC chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Falls Church has been recognized as the company's global operational headquarters for many years.
