CRM Users want Snapshot: Survey

US: A survey lists down the top three most important CRM features as ‘Ease of Use,’ ‘Schedule Management,’ and ‘Ability to Get a Clear Snapshot.’

Touch Ahead Software, developer of EquityTouch, shares these results from two separate surveys at the ACG Intergrowth Conference in Las Vegas and the ACG Growth Conference in Boston in 2009.

The objective of the survey, as a press release shares, was to gain insight regarding the alternative asset community’s CRM use and experience. The survey was administered to those who represented the private equity, venture capital, and alternative asset community.

Other areas related to CRM that were highlights of the survey were - Frequency of Switching CRM Software and usage of Business Information Services. Here, 52.6 per cent respondents showed that they had not switched while 60.4 per cent told about using business information services that they do not use them.

Among other findings,  of the total 61 companies surveyed, 44.3 per cent use a Microsoft application as their primary form of CRM,  16.6 per cent use Salesforce as their primary CRM, and 15 per cent use ACT, and the rest 6.6 per cent use SalesLogix.
