Runo, a call management CRM, raises $5,00,000 in pre-series A from Unicorn India Ventures for the product roadmap and international market expansion

A call management CRM Runo, with a complete SIM-based Calling Solution for outbound and sales teams, has raised $5,00,000 in a Pre-Series A round led by Unicorn India Ventures. Runo has recorded a monthly run rate of Rs 25 lakhs in the last 12 months and expects to reach an APR of $2 million by April next year.

It delivers a full-function Call Management CRM suite utility service with an in-built mobile app. Runo plans to use the funds raised for the product roadmap and expand to the Middle East, SEA, and US markets in a phased manner.

Runo delivers the functionalities of a full-function Customer Relationship Management suite, all built into a mobile app, with products ranging from call management, sales CRM, collection CRM to POS CRM.

As per the industry sector and the specific services offered by each business, customers can customize its features. From Business calls to emails to meetings. It can track every interaction and every prospect till closure along with real-time management reporting.

Currently serving 300+ paid clients, particularly SMEs with main sectors that include—Automobiles, Edutech, Health-tech, Real Estate and Financial Services. Runo is transforming the Calling, Field and Sales process by shifting the desktop culture to an efficient desk less culture.
