Court case mgt, web-based municipal svcs at Wichita Falls

PLANO, USA: Tyler Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract with the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, to implement Tyler's Munis enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Incode court case management software solutions. Both solutions will help Wichita Falls facilitate a paperless environment and streamline current processes and procedures, as it explains.

Wichita Falls selected Tyler's Incode court case management solution and multiple Munis applications, including utility billing, accounts receivable and citizen self-service to provide customers with Web-based access to municipal services and information.

Wichita Falls is 15 miles south of the Oklahoma border and has a population of approximately 105,000.
