Corsair announces nationwide service centers

MUMBAI, INDIA: Corsair, a worldwide leader in design and manufacturer of high-performance memory and PC peripheral components, announced the establishment of a 23 city India-wide network of service centres providing 10-year warranty support for Corsair’s full range of award winning memory solutions, USB drives and five-years warranty for power supplies (PSUs).

For resolution of warranty issues consumers are encouraged to contact Corsair’s toll free BSNL1800-425-54-64 number or email IndiaService@Corsair.com for directions to one of the 23 nationwide centres. Corsair’s streamlined service network will enable us to resolve the majority of warranty issues within five working days and provide the premium level of support consumers worldwide have come to expect from Corsair.

Corsair has appointed Kaizen Infoserve Pvt Ltd.(formerly known as Kobian) as service representatives for Corsair products throughout India. Kaizen was chosen because of its extensive nationwide footprint and state-of-the-art online tracking system allowing customers to track product replacement status.

The Corsair service centres are operational in the following cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calicut, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Guwahati, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Patna, Pune, Secunderabad, Surat, Vijayawada, and Visakpatanam.
