NEW DELHI: Continuous Computing Corp, a provider of network service-ready platforms, today announced a new product in the Trillium+plus line that will accelerate and simplify the development of SS7 nodes.
Trillium+plus MAP/TCAP facilitates rapid SS7 deployment of network
elements in Next-Generation Network (NGN), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)
and 3G networks such as HSS (Home Subscriber Server), HLR / VLR (Home /
Visiting Location Register), MSC (Mobile Switching Center), IN-SCP
(Intelligent Network Service Control Points) and other wireless GPRS
network components.
"All customers developing SS7 nodes or with an installed base of SS7 nodes
in their networks can benefit from this new Trillium+plus offering," said
Garrett Choi, general manager of Continuous Computing's Trillium business
unit. "The solution presents a substantial price/performance value
proposition that accelerates time to market, reduces project risk and
complexity and enables our customers to deploy redundant, scalable SS7
functionality with confidence and ease."
Trillium+plus MAP / TCAP is the second offering in the new Trillium+plus
integrated solutions product line, which was launched in May. Continuous
Computing now offers Trillium source code, Trillium binaries, AdvancedTCA
and CompactPCI hardware systems, or any combination of these product
lines.
