Compuware launches 'Vantage' soln for enterprises

BANGALORE, INDIA: Compuware, a provider in enterprise software and IT services, today announced the launch of its IT service management solution, Vantage 11, aimed at Indian enterprises.

The solution provides a top-down approach to IT service delivery that starts from the end user perspective. It brings together proactive issue identification, quantification of business impact and problem resolution into a single solution.

Vantage 11 delivers end-to-end visibility across the entire infrastructure for all application types and a seamless path to businesses service delivery adoption.

David Sajoto, solution sales director, Compuware, Asia Pacific & Japan, said, “Vantage breaks new ground by bringing together a single solution for monitoring performance from the end user perspective, quantifying business impact and resolving issues regardless of the source of the problem.”

He noted that the organizations that adopt Vantage 11 would reduce resources needed to find and fix problems, significantly improve critical application response time and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.

The solution helps in leveraging existing investments and would take data from existing tools.

Linh Ho, senior product marketing manager, Compuware, said, “Vantage 11 would benefits IT organizations by shortening the organization's time to achieve value from business service delivery and reducing resources and cost to find and fix application performance issues.”

She added that they were carrying out this road show across places like Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US apart from India. In India, the road show is being conducted in Bangalore and the theme would be to ‘GET IT TOGETHER’.

The company also announced its plans to double its headcount within next one year. Currently the company has around 20 people working in India.
