CALIFORNIA: U.S. technology services provider Computer Sciences Corp signed a five-year contract with Swiss bank UBS to provide voice and data network, security and telecommunication services.
The contract value is estimated to be up to $580 million, assuming provision of the full scope of services over the five-year term, Computer Sciences said.
Computer Sciences, which provides services to companies and government agencies, counts DuPont, Raytheon, Royal Mail and the City of Los Angeles among its customers.
Its shares closed at $44.10 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.
