Commerce One 5.0 complete source-to-pay solutions launched

NEW DELHI: Commerce One, the business Internet company, has announced the release of

Commerce One 5.0, a new suite of collaborative sourcing and procurement solutions built on

Commerce One's unique collaborative platform for Indian corporate. The new suite provides

full automation of enterprise source-to-pay processes, while also enabling deep

connections between an organization and its trading partners.

Designed for implementation on a modular basis, the Commerce One 5.0 suite provides a

lower cost of entry and enables customers to focus on key areas, such as procurement,

sourcing and auctions, to help achieve short-cycle return on investment. The suite also

time by adding new modules and platform capabilities.

Commerce One 5.0 combines premier e-commerce buying applications, Commerce One Buy and

Commerce One Source, with the Commerce One Collaborative Platform, a unique work flow and

business process management platform that links applications to support business processes

within and across enterprises. Customers can develop business process flows tailored for

their unique enterprise, industry, region and trading partner requirements, without costly

customization.
