Collabera achieves SAP certification

BANGALORE, INDIA: Collabera, a provider in end-to-end information technology consulting, solutions and services, today announced it has received that certification from SAP AG for its ability to deliver application management services with high-quality service operations based on SAP technology Collabera is now an SAP-certified provider of application management services in India.

To pass the rigorous SAP certification process, Collabera was assessed for its delivery and operational capabilities, said a press release.

The certification gives Collabera access to guidance from SAP on application management best-practices and knowledge transfer on a continuous basis.

He added that they believe that this certification is testimony to over 12 years of focus on the SAP business in India.

This certification makes it easier for clients to identify Collabera’s proven capabilities in application management based on SAP solutions, and will open up new opportunities for Collabera.

SAP introduced the application management services certification in response to the demand of customers to be able to easily identify and judge the capabilities of potential service providers.

The certification is preceded by a stringent assessment and audit of application management offerings and functions, such as training, quality processes, document management, delivery set-up and language support, the release said.

The audit is comprehensive – it spans all phases of the application lifecycle, including requirements definition and evaluation, design/build, application deployment, operation, service desk, incident management, change management and service improvement processes.
