Cognizant CTO Srikanth Sundararajan joins IDS India

BANGALORE: IDS Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd (IDS India), the Bangalore based subsidiary of International Decision Systems (IDS), accounting and portfolio management software and services, has appointed Srikanth Sundararajan as executive vice president of product development, globally and managing director for India operations.

Prior to this, Sundarajan was CTO at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

At IDS, Srikanth will oversee all product development efforts underway in the U.S, U.K. and India, uniting all initiatives into one streamlined organization.

Srikanth has over 20 years international IT experience, primarily in the US. For the best part of his professional career, he was with Hewlett-Packard (HP), Informix, HCL, Cognizant, and his own startup.

Srikanth has a BTech degree from IIT Madras, and MS and PhD in Computer and Information Sciences from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
