CMDA makes website more interactive

PUNE, INDIA: Computers and Media Dealers Association (CMDA), Pune, re-launched its website www.cmdapune.com with a new professional look at a ceremony held at Hotel Coronet in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, Shital Nahar, President, CMDA, explained the need to have a professional website for the association and the thought process behind the re-launch of the website.

He also appreciated immense efforts taken by Sanjeev Pathare, Project Leader, Website Development.

Pathare took the members on the tour of website and explained the features available on website in details.
Amongst the various features on the website were tips to customers for buying new PC/laptop where topics from budget to installation of computers are covered.

Technical write ups covering various topics, service center lists, warranty policies of different vendors can be also be seen on the site.

Another feature on the website is 'Ask an Expert'. Here website user can ask his problem/difficulty at a click of the mouse. The solution will be given from registered CMDA members instantly.

There is also separate area for members. After Members login, separate forum is designed for them where any member can start discussion on any topic or reply to earlier discussions.

List of library books, establishments list for CMDA ID-cards, HR policies are also available on the website.

Another new initiative carried by CMDA for its members is System Integrator forum where issues regarding services faced by system integrators are solved. SI can register the complaint against any vendor on the website.
