CHENNAI: ClickJobs.com, an online recruitment solutions provider, today announced the launch of its new My Search and real time Web Notification to offer a superior online recruitment experience.

The new aspects are designed to enable a 360º support to the employer's recruitment process by assisting the HR manager in every step of selecting the right candidate.

The search engine on Clicksjobs.com, ‘My Search,’ allows the employer to customize his search options by providing 17 distinct fields to choose from. This means the employer can design his own search engine by choosing the parameters and customizing it to suit his needs.

The company has also introduced "Web notifications" a distinctive feature in the online recruitment system. Web Notifications sends an instant alert to the employer when a candidate responds to his job posting. It helps the employer to streamline the work process by setting automatic alerts for key activities like interviews, job postings, job applications, etc. Also it enables the user to send automated mails to both the candidate and the interview panel on a scheduled interview.
