Citrix to support Microsoft Office System

NEW DELHI: Citrix Systems, Inc. has announced its support of the Microsoft

Office System, introduced at Microsoft's global launch event in New York City.

According to the company press release, by using the Citrix MetaFrame Access

Suite with the Microsoft Office System, organizations can enable their workers

to more securely, easily and instantly access the information they need from

anywhere, at anytime, using any access device, over any network connection.

The Microsoft Office System includes all Microsoft Office branded programs,

servers services and solutions and allows users to access, integrate and use

information from disparate sources and other people directly within the familiar

applications they use every day.

well as Microsoft's Global ISV Partner of the Year - Citrix congratulates

Microsoft on the evolution of this comprehensive and integrated system of

programs and business solutions," said senior VP of corporate development

Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server is certified to run on Windows 2000

Server and Windows Server 2003, and supports virtually any custom or

commercially packaged Windows application.
