Cisco launches Advisory Services

NEW DELHI: Cisco today announced the introduction of its Advisory Services offering.

Cisco would initially target real estate, banking/financial services and retail sectors for Advisory Services.

Advisory Services aligns Cisco Technology solutions with customers’ business strategy, applications and processes by architecting solutions and integrating Cisco products with services, said a Cisco statement.

Cisco also announced the appointment of G. B. Kumar, as senior vice president, Services Sales, Cisco, India and SAARC. Kumar will be responsible for driving Cisco’s services business.

“We are glad to see that the customer is willing to invest in Services and value it as a business differentiator. ‘Advisory Services’ complements Cisco technology lifecycle services,” said Kumar.
