Cipher launches BPO operations in India

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Cipher Dynamics IT Services Pvt. Ltd, a Microsoft Dynamics IT-enabled services and business process outsourcing services company, today announced the launch of its operations in India.

Cipher has set up its India ITeS and BPO facility at Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon, Haryana.

"We offer a wide array of customized solutions for verticals including media and publishing, financial services, retail and hospitality. We will be approaching the market for both our sales and services option through value-added resellers," Alan Kahn, CEO, Cipher Dynamics, told CyberMedia News.

“Through our direct office operations here, we not only intend to leverage on the business opportunity but also further our commitment to India market," he added.

“We are exploring the Partner Development Center (PDC) model with Microsoft. This will mean that Cipher will train the existing partners numbering to about 15-20 on the new solutions, sales and services and also on implementation level. Later on we will also be looking at another model of appointing 10-12 partners across India,” he said.

The company was targeting initial revenue of $1million through a combination of small and mid-size deals in the customer relationship management space, Kahn said.
