CIOs recognize Dell in five categories

BANGALORE, INDIA: Dell, leading end-to-end solutions provider, has been awarded the prestigious CIO Choice 2014 Award a second consecutive year in five categories - Server, Datacenter Consultant, Datacenter Transformation Services, Desktop Virtualization and Networking Active. Dell is the only company to be recognized for five categories.

On being asked ‘Which technology partner would you ideally like to work with', 300 CIOs voted for Dell in the above mentioned categories. The platform promoted jointly by KPMG and ‘Centre Of recognition and excellence' includes an advisory panel consisting of eminent CIOs.

CIO responses were collected through an independent survey across the country. Based on certain parameters, CIOs nominated their ‘most preferred technology partner' across various products and solutions/services categories. Each CIO could cast only 1 vote per category and over 1200 votes were received this year.
