CIO Klub hosts sponsored event

MUMBAI, INDIA: The first-ever sponsored event of the CIO Klub was held in city on July 15. Theme of the event was 'Security Threat Management'. This was sponsored by the business mobility division of Nokia, India.

Suresh Vedula, Head Business Mobility India, and Ashok Madanhalli, Director, Product Management security and mobile connectivity, were present for the event, along with Shakeb and Arvind Ahuja, Product Manager From Nokia.

The event was held at the Grand Maratha Sherton, Mumbai. A large number of CIOs from various top organizations in Mumbai were present.

The CIO Klub, which was launched on 26 April, 2008, has already cross 125 registered members and this community is growing fast. Subrato Das, VP EXP Asia, Gartner has joined the advisory board of CIO Klub in his personal capacity.

The new logo of the CIO Klub was also launched and the new Website will be relaunched in the next the  weeks.

The Klub has ambitious plans, which have been chalked out by  governing body for the benefit of all CIOs. These will be shared at the opportune time. Various sub-committee office bearers have also been nominated, as below:
