Cincom gets Pantulu Avarsala as director

GURGAON: Pantulu Avarsala, aged 42, has been appointed as director, Cincom Development Center at Cincom Systems India Pvt. Ltd, a privately held software company.

Avarsala has rejoined Cincom after a two-year stint at General Electric (IT Leader, Development and Operations ERP CoE).

Before leaving Cincom, Avarsala spent almost nine years at Cincom with its engineering division. He was instrumental in establishing the initial Cincom India Development Center and has managed the center for two years (2002 – 2004).

As the senior leader of the Cincom Development Center (CDC), Avarsala will provide the leadership necessary to deliver reliable solutions in support of overall Cincom goals. He will drive delivery for domestic as well as support delivery(s) for projects and clients across the globe through the Indian development centre.

Besides responsible for quality deliveries he will also be managing the operational aspects including Project Feasibility Study, Planning and Implementation of existing and new projects through effective Project Management Techniques, Resource Planning and Allocations along with improving overall efficiencies of the team in relevant technologies.

Avarsala holds an MS in Computer Science and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified from GE.
