Cholamandalam MS ties-up with TCS

BANGALORE, INDIA: Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd (Chola MS) has tied up with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and CMC Ltd to revamp its information technology infrastructure.

Chola MS said that the new system will ensure improved service delivery processes for customers across branches in India.

The software is a proprietary General Insurance System of CMC and TCS will manage the customization and deployment over the Web.

“The software will help speed up delivery of customer interaction, minimize waiting period for any transaction and thus help us service our customers better,” said S S Gopalarathnam, president – operations, Chola MS.

Once the project is completed, all Chola MS offices across 150 locations will be fully functional with the new IT infrastructure.
