Prior to selecting Yardi Voyager, Colliers International managed its portfolio with a local property accounting based system which lacked specific property management functionality. As the company grew, so did the need to develop more effective processes to manage an increasing number of properties and the demands of a growing client list. The need to consolidate operations from the individual local property management level to provide fast, effective reporting was central to strategy and client base demands.

As a result of moving their business operations to the Yardi platform, Colliers International will now have total synergy across its operations and can increase process efficiencies exponentially, adds a press note.

Roland Sim – Director of IT Systems for Colliers International Property & Asset Management comments: “Tenants mostly judge property management quality by responsiveness and efficiency. Our property management team ensures the delivery of best service by both giving constant training to our management team and applying the most advanced technology. Especially with the rapidly changing China market, we must catch up or sometimes exceed the ever upgrading market expectation.”

Since 1989, Colliers International operates in China’s real estate industry with offices established in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and site offices in more than 40 cities.
