BEIJING, CHINA: Construction of a call centre, which will create 60,000 jobs, began on Thursday in the city of Luoyang in central China's Henan province.

The China Mobile (Luoyang) Call Centre is part of an effort of China Mobile, the world's largest mobile phone operator, to integrate its provincial and regional services and set up national calling centres in China, said Li Yue, president of the company.
