Qingdao China-America Associates (QCAA) is a China-based software outsourcing partnership, providing development capabilities in multiple- disciplines, said Dennis Lee, principal of e2Future Technologies. The company has a development center in Qingdao, China and a North American representative office in Seattle, Washington.

Over the past six years we have assisted many North American companies with their projects and view this as an extension of our success to- date. Our partnership Data-to-Information and Knowledge Inc will allow us to focus on providing services for regional solution providers and medium-sized companies with an IT department, Lee said.

We have a large pool of very talented and educated developers; almost 90 percent read and write English, and 25 percent speak fluent English, Lee said.

All work is managed and performed by people who understand North American business and work-flow practices, Ted Slatten, president of Data-to-Information and  Knowledge Inc.
