NEW DELHI, INDIA: The verdict on Home Minister P. Chidambaram's role in the 2G spectrum allegation case is expected to be out in few minutes.
A trial court headed by O.P. Saini is to decide on a petition filed by Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy. The petition states that Chidambaram should be made a co-accused in the 2G case.
Sources said that Swamy, who was asked to enter the court before 12:30 pm, said he was confident of the judgment being delivered today.
Swamy also said he is prepared to go to the higher court ifthe judgment doesn't come his way.
"If the judgment doesn't come my way, I will goto the high court," he said.
The Supreme Court had said on Thursday that the trialcourt would decide on Swamy's plea to make Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2Gspectrum allotment case.
