Aim, which would be rolled out in the market in the second quarter of this financial year, is a core marketing application that automates the marketing processes distributed across geographically dispersed locations consisting of the production units, stock points, sales offices, sales force and the dealer network. It manages the processes starting from the indents for the products, dispatch interactions to production or source points, dispatch materials and payments to transporter bills, warehouse rentals and handling charges. Goods-in transit can also be closely monitored.

"We are targeting Aim at the manufacturing and the processing industry and our major markets are the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Japan, India and Europe. With Aim, the users through flexible pricing procedures can fix computational logic for sales invoices. Trade margins, rebates, discounts, taxes and levies can be dynamically altered depending on the market," said Cherrysoft Marketing Senior Executive Hindol Das.

Elaborating on Swift, Cherrysoft Marketing Manager Madur Suresh said, "We are focusing on IT related BPO activities and partially into HR outsourcing. Currently we are supporting the IT related activities of our group company. We want to set our mark in the domestic market first and then move to the overseas market".

The company has roped in five domestic clients, the names of which it is not willing to disclose now. As part of its BPO program, Cherrysoft has tied up with HP as its Premium Partner. "Since lots of procurement happen in the BPO space we tied up with HP for consultancy and hardware procurement," said Suresh.
