Prior to Hexaware, Chandrasekar was Wipro’s president of Americas and Europe.

The company also appointed Prateek Aggarwal as the new chief financial officer (CFO). Aggarwal joins Hexaware from HCL Technologies, where he was the head of finance of the software division.

He succeeds PK Sridharan, the acting CFO. Sridharan will continue as the company’s chief mentor and executive director.

“Both these appointments strengthen our executive management team and bring leadership skills directly relevant to the stage at which Hexaware is today. Sekar’s successful track record of driving revenue growth including experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development and Prateek’s solid financial background will be critical as we build Hexaware to the billion dollar goal we have set for ourselves,” said Atul Nishar, founder and executive chairman, Hexaware.

Chandrasekar and Aggarwal will be based in Hexaware’s offices in New Jersey and Mumbai respectively.
