Present during the opening ceremony, Aditya Murthy, Area Sales Manager—North India, HP India commented, “B and C-class cities are the emerging markets for IT industry, and the retail presence of HP would provide ease and convenience to customers to select their products.”
Murthy further added that the exposure through retail can play a major role in creating awareness about availability of new products and the company is targeting the upcountry market aggressively.
“We hold training sessions for the employees of partners so that they are trained to handle customers in a professional manner. When we provide ambience to customers where they can feel and experience the products in a better manner, the staff should also be trained professionally to attend to visitors,” shared Murthy.
