Champion Broadband re-launches website

MONROVIA, USA: Champion Broadband, a leading Los Angeles area broadband communications provider which offers advanced video, high-speed Internet and voice services, has re-launched its website, ChampionBroadband.com.

Champion has partnered with D3 Reaction Media, its new agency of record which the company signed last month, to rethink and revitalize its brand, products and services, starting with the redesigned website that launched today.

Champion's new website offers many enhancements, including a mobile-friendly design for tablet and smartphone users, a simple navigation with user-friendly interface and increased functionality with a new online payment feature and ticket support system.

With the increased customer convenience and improved customer communications, the new website will help Champion to better serve its customers. Slated to go live later in the month, the new online bill payment feature will allow customers to make a payment directly on the new Champion website via credit card or PayPal, the release said.

Executives and department leaders at Champion have been working closely with the Los Angeles based marketing agency, D3 Reaction Media, in developing new campaigns and communications over the past few months, bringing Champion's marketing and public relations under a single agency for the first time. Champion selected D3 Reaction as agency of record for its deep industry expertise and experience working with leading IT and entertainment companies worldwide.
