CDI acquires talent acquisition soln. startup, ScaleneWorks

BANGALORE, INDIA: CDI Corp. to acquire ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, a player in talent acquisition solutions in India for an undisclosed amount.

CDI is a US based, USD 1.5 Billion organization which has acquired ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, a 5 year old and 900 people strong, Bangalore based Talent Acquisition Solutions Startup.

Founded in 2010, ScaleneWorksprovides enterprise and task recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions, as well as other talent analytics and advisory solutions, to multiple leading companies in India. This acquisition provides CDI with the capability to capitalize on the large and high-growth Indian market, deliver support for the offshore needs of existing CDI clients, and develop a cost-effective offshore delivery capability to serve those clients in CDI’s home markets.

CDI is entering India on the back of the “Make in India” message to propel their services in areas including engineering, information technology and staffing solutions.
