CDC-CRM unveils collection management soln

BANGALORE, INDIA: CDC-CRM Solutions India, a provider of enterprise CRM and related solutions, unveiled CDC Collection Management solution for insurance industry recently.

The solution would manage all collection process - from generation of automatic notifications to all the way up to automating communication with customers and external collection agents.

Notifications would be sent to customer via SMS, e-mail or phone. Processes such as delivering notifications, assigning renewal opportunities, monitoring performance, automatic reminders and communication with customers and external agents, would be integrated into the solution. The solution would also provide streamlined process, ensuring higher productivity, greater customer retention and lower cost of operations.

The automation will significantly reduce the amount of time and resources spent on the collection process. Also, it will make servicing a client simpler as the system has a database of the entire customer’s actions.” he added further.

The key benefits of the new solution include -automating the collection process by creating a list of renewals due and allocate the renewals to specific teams. Customer communication is also allocated. The customer chooses the form of media with which they are most comfortable (SMS, E-mail, phone calls) and important information on renewals and premium payment reminders are continuously sent.

The system would similarly communicate with agents for a renewal being acted on by the agent directly. Management of activities, such as creating a list of tasks and activities for the renewal team, are managed by the system.

After every set of activities the system automatically schedules the next set of activities and it is equipped with a shared calendar where the whole renewal team can view and schedule activities. 

Monitoring every stage of activities in the renewal process through reports, notifications and advanced analysis. Reports are generated to assist the whole process. The new solution from CDC CRM is immediately available now in the Indian market.
