CashTech, IBM India in pact for financial solutions

PUNE: CashTech Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a cash management solutions

provider and IBM India Ltd., have announced a marketing alliance in India to

deliver comprehensive solutions to the financial services industry. Under the

terms of the agreement, the two companies will market and sell CashTech’s

branded solutions on IBM platforms and IBM WebSphere software. IBM India will

also provide infrastructure support for porting CashTech products on IBM

platforms.

CashTech Solutions flagship products include Cashin- a middle-office cash

management transaction process solution and CashWeb — an Internet based

corporate cash management front-end solution. CashTech Solutions and IBM India

alliance will address the fast growing and high-potential Internet cash

management solutions in the financial services industry with Cashin and CashWeb

suite of products. The implementation of these flexible and scaleable solutions

will also enable banks and user companies to keep adding modules as their

business grows.

IBM eServer pSeries are the most technologically advanced, easy to use, UNIX

platform with web server capabilities and leading RISC/UNIX performance. IBM

WebSphere software product is the Internet infrastructure software for creating,

running and integrating e-business applications across a variety of computing

platforms which are built on open standards. The two companies will jointly

explore opportunities to conduct marketing initiatives such as road shows,

seminars and other events in India.
