Caretel recruits over 600 amidst slowdown

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Caretel Infotech Limited, a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, A part of the Dalmia group, recruited over 600 domestic employees in 30 days and also started international outsourcing process for American & European countries amidst the slowdown.

Amit Roy, CEO, Caretel Infotech Limited, said: “We as Caretel are looking into this slowdown as an opportunity and have started international outsourcing process for some part of USA, Europe, as well as Australia & New Zealand to manage the slowdown impact. Not only international clients we have increased our national clientele as well. During the recent past we are able to bag the assignments from reputed brands like DDA, Noida Authority, Bank of Baroda and soon will be closing one DTH service provider in India.”

“Neither we have sacked our employees nor have we done any reduction on the salary part. We are offering the same packages as we were offering earlier. In last 30 days we have recruited 619 employees for our various projects form metros and even from the small town like Chindwara at Rajasthan for our Kisaan Call Centre project. For our various assignments we will be recruiting more and more people from all over India in various states and trained them for the future”, informed Amit Roy.

Caretel is having 13 business centres in India employing over 6000 people. With the rich experience of handling upto 180 million CTI calls per annum, along with large back-office operation, Caretel is now expanding its wings at international level as we are looking at significant growth at international platform as well and to achieve that we’ll be hiring 200 or more people in near future.
