Capco strengthens India executive management team

BANGALORE: Capco, provider of financial services consulting, managed services and technology solutions, has appointed of Sanjay Garg as Head, BPO Delivery, and Vasudharini Srinivasan as Head, Quality, for Capco India.

Both are based in Bangalore and will join the Capco India executive management team led by Gopi Chelliah, Executive Vice President, BPO and Sourcing Development, and Padma Parthasarathy, Country Manager for India.

Garg will jointly be responsible for leading the firm's strategy to create utility services for banking clients, while Ms. Srinivasan will be responsible for process implementation and ensuring that Capco maintains industry best practices including Six Sigma and CMMI.

Prior to joining Capco, Sanjay Garg worked with the HCL Group for five years, most recently as Head of Operations for DSL Software. Vasudharini Srinivasan joins Capco from Planetasia.com, where she was Head, Quality and Resourcing.
