CANADA: Schnitzer West, LLC has deployed Lasso Enterprise CRM software to manage prospect and purchaser information for their condominium developments.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Schnitzer West, LLC is one of the most prominent developers in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on both commercial and residential developments. Schnitzer West will initially use Lasso for four existing Seattle based condominium projects including Brix, Equinox and Gallery in Seattle and The Bravern Signature Residences in Bellevue with an aggregate, of over 1,000 residential units.

Schnitzer West recently made the strategic decision to utilize an in-house sales team to market and sell their projects. One of the Company’s key objectives is to build long term relationships with their buyers so a requirement for any real estate CRM Software included the capability to manage the complete home buying sales process from initial lead capture through purchase, escrow and closing. “Our primary consideration was software that was specific to the new home construction industry, that it be user friendly and quick to implement,” stated Alicia Stedman, Associate Investment Manager, Schnitzer West.

Lasso CRM met these requirements, plus their comprehensive training options and personalized customer support was a significant differentiator. “Handling the sales and marketing aspect has been an operational change for Schnitzer so we had Lasso come to our office in Seattle to conduct the training that was specifically tailored for our company and sales team. It was a fantastic approach and we were able to have the application personalized to the way we do our business,” added Stedman.
