Calsoft completes WebSpectrum acquisition

NEW DELHI: California Software Company Ltd (Calsoft), an IT company, has completed acquiring 100 percent equity of WebSpectrum Software Pvt Ltd, Bangalore and has plans to double its headcount in the Bangalore facility.

The company formally signed the agreement to this effect on April 18 after completion of all procedural and legal formalities, California Software said in a statement. The preliminary MoU was signed in December 2004.
